SailMaine

This summer 2022, SailMaine will have two of our Figaro 2s, HOT SOCKS and RAGA, for a four week training program, culminating in the Junior Offshore Teams (2 boats, 2 teams, 4 sailors + 1 Safety Officer/Coach per boat) racing the Monhegan Island Race (140 nautical miles, overnight).

Age Requirement: 
Freshman in high school – 20 years old.

Schedule, July 7th – August 7th:

  • Practices on Mondays and Thursdays, 4:30-7:30
  • Practices will also happen each weekend, with an overnight on 7/23-24. Sailing days may depend on weather forecasts and could be subject to change.
  • Monhegan Island Race, August 4th – August 7th
